why the hell would someone want to live there they can pass any law they want....?

DC is't a state and is not entitled to any of the things a state is. It shouldn't have a shadow senator or delegate...

It's interesting to consider that DC isn't really a state, yet they have nearly as many residents in DC as there are in ALASKA.
