The Bushfires in Victoria, Australia have caused a huge tragedy with the loss of life, property, and whole communities. The Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a form of 'emotional acupressure' that helps deal with the tragedy, grief, and loss of such an event.

Thanks for putting this up. Looks like we had the same idea. I have uploaded three tap-along videos today too, one general, one focused on loss of homes & one on loss of loved ones.

I hope people reach out & accept your offer to help. We are in Adelaide, however if you become overwhelmed with people taking you up on your offer, please keep us in mind. As you would know, EFT can be done by phone too, and teleconferences.

Found out last night we have friends who have lost their home & lots of infrastructure in Yara Glen. They got out safely.
