Medicine not politics

We are in a pediatric critical care department in the center of Israel; I am a physician in this department. As you can see -- more then 50 % of the patients in the department are of Arab origin. These children come from the occupied territories. They come across the border for treatments they can not get at their local hospitals.
Some of them come for complex heart surgery, some following road accidents some come with severe infections.
Our nursing and medical teams work nights and days giving them the best care we can.
These children and their families become our friends for long years and across the border
A group of British physicians published a letter in the guardian -- claiming that the Israeli medical association should be expelled from the international community for being inhumane
You have seen the facts. Don't the British doctors know the facts? Don't they understand the facts? Do they distort the truth for political reasons? I urge our British colleagues to withdraw heir letter. We are not politicians, we are physicians and we do everything in our power to help all people.

If Hamas was anywhere near caring they would not steal UN aid from palestinian civilians, nor would they booby trap hospitals, civilian centres and schools and then place the blame on the IDF. It's true that doctors treat Palestinians who need special medical help, and of course I don't discredit this, but my genuine question is how common is this in Israel?

maybe it`s not ok to expel the Israeli medical centres, cz not everyone there is racist, but you must admit that if you are getting information and/or know about the many people who are mistreating Palestinians,

people are very often shocked-not unrightfully, I must say(in particular when not being "used" to this situation)

Amir, if you are reading the article in Haaretz about how only severely wounded Gazans are allowed treatment to Israeli medical care.And this is quite credible since for exampl the Physicians for Human Rights and other credible journalists are delivering such info.

if you had helped them without stealing their homeland then you have the right to say that you are helping . you need to be expelled . you are cruel by helping them then your solders shoot and bomb them.
