Most early speculative tier lists have them as mid and low tier anyway. The only time they seem OP is online with the lag if you don't know how to tech out of their throws.

Official rules haven't been confirmed, but I'm hoping that they aren't banned. They are definitely beatable, but some players dislike how tremendously it changes how they have to play. Only a few characters stand a good chance with proper supers, special grab, projectiles and runaway tactics, but others suffer immensely.
