  • Very beautiful.

  • @thomasojii31 Dear Thomas, Thank you so much for your comment on my singing. It is a sad time for me and the other students of my teacher, Margaret Lambert, who accompanied me on these pieces. She died suddenly in November, and a great artist was lost. She taught me so much. I was devastated. Somehow, I see your comment today, after I heard of 2 different voice teachers who might be a way to help me get back into singing. So thank you so much for your comment!!!!

  • beautiful. particularly like piano accompniment for singers

  • @TC1931 Hello thank you for your comment. It's especially touching because my beloved teacher who is the brilliant accompanist died in November, 2011. I still am in shock about it, so your kind words are touching to me to know that others can appreciate her beautiful, sensitive playing and artistry.

  • you are lovely and you have a lovely voice, nice, thank you!

  • @nomiclas Wow I am amazed that you like it -- perhaps from far away from California? I love this song, and I am very lucky to work with such a great pianist. Thanks again for your kind words. -- Carolyn

  • brave and brilliant Carolyn..a cross between Sumi Jo and Joan Sutherland?..keep it up.. a beautiful song by irish composer Michael Balfe....brilliant pianist too

  • @carolynp1010 Absolutely beautiful! The song song has been one of my favorites for so many years and your remdition is magnificent. Anyone who would offer a negative comment is either tone deaf or looking for the attention that a negative comment would stir. Just wonderfful to listen to again and again>

  • @carolynp1010 actually i live in michigan and it was an observation that was earned--regards bill

  • Thank you -- I am really touched by your words. I'm glad you enjoyed this song! Yes, the pianist is very talented and is a superb accompaniest. -- Carolyn
