@Topkartracer Good choice on chassis, van diemen's are great cars! I used to race in usf2000, really wanting to get into star mazda this year or next year!
@a7racing damn that is hauling! I do know Sebring slows down as it rubbers in.Oh no doubt, they're all great machines! I just got a van diemen F2000 haha. Do you run any formula cars?
@Topkartracer One driver broke into the 1:56.9 range on the first day of practice, all though that does seem fast, so I kind of doubt the car was legal. I think (but i really can't remember) qualfying day was really hot in 2010. GT2s are about the same speed as USF2000 cars. The most important fact is all of the above cars, are amazing machines! :)
@a7racing 56's isnt right. Last time they ran there in 2010 the pole time was a low 58, but most guys were in the 59's. They're slightly quicker than the GT2's, but I know it varies track to track. I just used GT2's because its the closest comparison I could think of.
@Topkartracer no way, they usually smoke the gt2 cars times by five seconds. The last time star mazda raced at sebring, they were doing 1:56.9s which is faster then most front running gt1s ever did.
@Kartracer087 no, if you can match the blips on your own you dont use the clutch. only time these guys should be using the cluth is in the pits and behind the pace car.
