  • Don't be "honest", nothing you say to an officer will ever help you in a court of law. Cops are there to convict you, not to be reasoned with. Best thing to do is keep you mouth shut!! 5th Amendment. There will be plently of time to say your side of the story in a court of law

  • LOL go be honest with the officer if you have anything in your care that will send you to jail LOL you have to be kidding yes officer i know my rights but cause it's you i will give them all up

  • You should do a "What to do when pulled over by a drug cartel gangster near the border" video next.

  • One thing I would add to this is that it is wise to have your license and registration in your hands to be presented to the officer BEFORE he or she gets to your car. That way, you can keep your hands in plain view and can give your identification to the officer immediately without risking them getting itchy trigger fingers because you make some sudden movement (like reaching for your pocket or glove compartment). Just a thought...

  • @blackdevil279 Absolutely true! Better to keep your mouth shut, because if you're ever arrested, you'll be dealing with it in court anyway. Best not to give them anything to use against you. Also, always verbally assert that you do not ever consent to searches. If they search you without a warrant, then the evidence they collect will most likely be inadmissable and any charges against you will be dismissed. Good advice on your part!

  • @66portal again if anyone was paying attention he said if its on the seat in plain site then there is no point in denying it because in the court of law arguing and lying with an officer doesnt work too well trust me

  • @nygrappler1 if you were listening he said only admit to it if you have already been caught

  • stuff ur illegal drugs deep in ur nuts. I do it all da time n im a free man cuz of it

  • can you search my car?....excuse me officer but at this time i will excersise my 4th ammendment right to the constitution

  • @TWOhits6 thats what she said

  • i always draw my gun before the cop gets there.. that way theres no confusion
