I believe videos like these were made to create dissent towards Hispanic gangs during the time. They were directed towards White people so they can see that a problem was emerging in their city, no offense to anyone. My grandfather was a White Fence gang member in East L.A. during the 40's and he knew about this problem that was arising in Pomona, especially because there were barely any Hispanic gangs during that time. I would really appreciate it if you would post the entire video. Thanks

Where did you get this? Will you be posting the rest of it? It reminds me of something that would have been spoofed on the old Mystery Science Theater 3000 program. I really enjoyed watching this...it cracked me up..its so cornballish. i know this is very vague, and it has nothing to do with music. i just thought i would share it .this was actually a short film that came out in 1954 filmed in pomona ca the actual time is about25 min long. it was created by the pomna police dept and also probation office and pomona unified school district.the people in this movie were actual members of the police dept and gang members of their time. i have the whole movie....
