i personally like this silent hill a lot,

but that might just be a biased opinion since my name is Joshua.

and idk about you guys, but i always thought running into monsters every 2 minutes got annoying and i wished i had more time to explore.

It would be pretty interesting if you could break into cars in this game for items and stuff, maybe even hidden monsters if you open the wrong car(you still can't drive them of course). Also, I'm disappointed that they didn't play around more with the background items mechanics since you bump into them all the time. If you could use background items(like lamps etc) for a one-off attack or to distract enemies, that would be pretty cool. But good game overall.

IMO americans did a great job on silent hill

well,of course there is a diffrence but still i prefer SHH instead of Konami versions

SHH has a VERY GOOD storyline-the best one i have seen in SH serie

and also,SHH has the BEST beginning of all TIME

graphic and gameplay-no comments-it`s just AWESOME

this game definitely stands in my list Top 5 ps3 games

You have to put it in consideration that the "mist" dimension and the normal dimension usually intersect between each other. Elle could be in the normal world, and she also could be in the "mist" world as well, in Alex's eyes at least. She might not even see the monsters.

That's what I think too but I think it isn't happening to her or not yet anyway and thus to her eyes everything's normal or maybe it is all happening inside the main character's head since in one of the endings he's still in the hospital. X_x This is what I think sorry if it is confusing.
