See for yourself how you can add Multiplayer to a Unity game using Photon. The entire process, from beginning to end is shown in under 10 minutes.

The video is using a slight speedup, the real time taken was a little more than 15 minutes.

Get started with Photon in unity today, download the free Unity plugin;

  • Where I can have that Script?

  • Can you make a Tutorial for the First Person Controller(Standart Assets) and the Unity Networking Plugin, too? This would be great :). Basically the same like this tutorial, just with the First Person Controller instead of the 3rdPersonController/Camera.

  • The problem is that you are sending your location and stuff, which is too easy to cheat. Shame photon is just a networking interface and nothing more, which means if you want a good multiplayer game you will either have to use unity as a second server to calculate stuff or integrate a physics engine into photon itself...

  • Thank you very much for this. Keep up the good work. ^_^

  • Thanks, this will help me ;)
