That's the mainstream generation mindset for you.. unless you grew up with good friends, or good family, you don't get exposed to music like this much. As for me, I grew up listening to things like Enya.. helped me find the beauty in music, unlike the crap on the radio nowadays.

sweetee i think that is 89% very well stated. within human semantics is where the 11% is lost. i had coursework in those studies that shows the vast seperation. music makes people react in different ways. our plight is that we are sadly only humanic ------- in this stage.

The current Gothic culture and specifically Gothic music and clothing has NOTHING to do with the Gothic Art of the Medieval Times. Don't be confused by the word Gothic that is used in two different ways.

It's so weird trying to think back to every step that got you where you are, isn't it? There are millions of kids that started at Disney. Lots even liked the songs on the radio. How did we get here? Why do we like beautiful music that resonates with the soul? Why do we dare to be laughed at for being different?
