Sure, the old white men in the supreme court (the rest of them) don't hold any biases when they judge and don't call on past experience in their lives to make the decisions they do. Fox news just gets more and more ridiculous. They realize that they are losing control over public thought and they are scrambling. It becomes more of a circus every day.

I could just imagine the uproar and front page headlines if a white judge said he could make better decisions than a non-white. The nominating President would be forced to withdraw the nomination immediately. Then good luck trying to explain that your comments were taken out of context. Maybe this woman is not a racist but her comments are certainly not something I would like to hear from someone in her position.

this is ridiculous, being a woman and growing up latina in the time she grew up in are perfect reasons for her to be in the supreme court because it gives her INSIGHT on certain cases that might be brung up conserning race or gender.
