This song lifted me up. I almost commited suicide because who I thought were my bestfriends backstabbed me. Everything they were doing and saying killed me inside so I told myself "Well if they killed me inside I might as well finsh their job and kill myself." High school really does tell you who your true and REAL friends are!

I guess when I listened to the song, I hear something totally different from high school experiences. I sent this song to my son, who is a paraplegic. As a Basket Ball Star at our local high school, lost it all. Yelled to me one day from his attached apartment and when I went in he was standing there. The fight that he had through each and every game he ever played in was standing in front of me. Thank You Rascal Flats, the song fits him to a tee!!!! <3

@kewlio61896 in seventh grades my 12 friends decided they had enough of me just because they all were cheerleaders and i wasnt I was a hunter loved it and still do. But when I found another frined named sam she practically saved me from all the shattered thoughts I hve ever had. The weird thing is when she says I saved her I just tell her te truth. we simply know each other I dont have many friends but im still happy.
