been the whole way through there u have to use a canoe because it fills up with water and you end up touching the roof because the tunnel goes downward, pretty sick.

I was there the other day, it was really cool. If you plan on going you better wear gum boots or you get swamp foot
-
Just wondering, Is it really close to the new helensburgh station?
-
i dare u to go into the sydney tunnels and into the underground bunker

looking at these glow worms reminds me of looking up at the night sky on a clear night just like the stars

Interesting because one of the old photos and we're talking about 100 years ago or so, show the light at the other end of the tunnel as I said. Possibly because of the Helensburgh coal mine close by with all it's mining operations may have caused land slip. I have not been all the way through the tunnel.

Actually we're lucky it still can be accessed but in one of the old photos on the Wollongong library site, you can actually see the opening down the other end... the photo is also in my Ghost Tunnel video....

Yes, it's getting a bit dilapidated down there.

When you get to the bottom of Tunnel Rd and turn to go to the new station, look behind you, and there it is.
