I have a question. I once did a no-thought meditation and I kind of dozed off during it. .when I woke up I felt great, not really energyst but a very calm relaxed feeling that lingered for about a day and a half. I've been trying to do it again, but to no effect. My question is, is the no-thought meditation also dangerous?

Civilizationn slaved people in many ways, and still do a lot of that. Today people think they are free cause TV show porn, talk about sex all the time, and the media influence says sex is freedon. But people are opressed and almost forced to think this way. Sex, power, imponence, are the main flag of modern media manipulation. People mostly are still a bunch os slaves.
"Turn off your analyzer," isn't that what Tolle teaches as the key to happiness and bliss? This always sounded specious to me...like he's playing his part in preparing the world for mind control.

@OysterLava thats the point exactly. Tolle is getting people to do something that partially allows people to be conditioned. It is called hypnosis. Yep Tolle is hypnotizing people and they don't even know it.

i studied 'alpha training' with a shaman/psychologist way back when i was 19yrs old. i can't remember much of what i learned (large amounts of electricity to the brain tends to do damage to the memory system - aka 13 bilateral ect's). i will have to ask my sister what she remembers(sent your vid). i had some strange experiences including one with missing time shortly afterwards. jeepers...some of this seems oddly familiar. i think the person in question might have studied where you mentioned.

If that person did or they were using various techniques and had no knowledge of what they were doing, it could be part of the problems you dealing with. Shamans and "healers" are culture specific and we who live outside of these cultures cannot understand them unless we were raised in them. Otherwise that person is just a "plastic shaman." Interesting term!
