This video clip of swirling water near the equator outside Nanyuki, Kenya was taken on 24 January 2008.   • Also the hole in the red bucket can cause that

  • I hope you realize it's fake. They do other stuff to affect the motion of the water. To experience such effects for real, you need to be hundreds of kilometers away from the equator, not just a couple of meters.
