Hi I've never tried KLM business class, only long haul economy twice and I found their service satisfactory. As for Etihad I was not impressed, what I said about their lounge was not an exaggeration. I am by no means a demanding person, just expected some extra comfort that I paid for. By the way even their meals were poor and I enjoyed KLM's economy meals better. Maybe someday i might get to try KLM's business class. Thanks for the comments.
