Why dont casings have vents on the top?

Heat rises, so that will be the best escape for it.

Hi, at 1:09 it is mentions that the case can accommodate case fans at the top to exhaust the hot air from the chassis. I hope this helps.

And also adding onto what was mentioned, pending on what case you have they may have vents on the top.
