Protein is not hard to get into your breakfast if you are vegan/vegetarian. Tofu is high in protein, so are nuts and seeds and grains.

How about using a vegan powder (soy, etc) instead of whey?

Looks great! I'm gonna go make that smoothie now. To make a single sized serving do I jsut reduce everything by a third?
