Media Flips out over 2nd Amendment at Obama Town Hall

We are pleased to see that the man was working within the law, exercising his right to peaceably assemble, speak freely and bear arms.

On another note, there seems to be accusations flying that the armed gentleman was an agent provocateur sent to stir controversy.

This question was raised because the man was wearing an earpiece commonly used by law enforcement and Secret Service. What most people fail to consider is that these earpieces are common place among broadcasters and two-way radio enthusiasts.

We have confirmed the identity of the man in question. He was with a group of four other men including Christopher Lawless of the Free State Project.

We at RestoreTheRepublic.com are advocates of the Free State Project, Christopher Lawless and their efforts. We have every reason to believe that in no uncertain terms was the armed man and agent provocateur or member of the United States Government.

Most on air reporters are sensationalists...They always seem to find a way to cry WOLF when the local authorities already know the man. They have carefully checked out every aspect of the man's history and criminal record. He is a Law abiding citizen who is excercising his Constitutional Right to keep and Bear arms.
