afteer big bang you can only do it at lvl 115

Big bang update made it so that you would miss a monster if it was higher leveled than you
Your ACC rating will affect how many time you would miss on higher levled monsters
but generally, you can hit monsters effectively at 3 levels higher, and sometimes hit monsters often at 7 levels higher than you

I just miss them with my Poison bomb. I'm a level 91 nw with 18 pb. Why do I just miss them?

can gunslinger doo the same cause they have grenade that do after dmg???????
