What is a "freeze"?
Have you ever heard of one of those planned freezes when:
200-500 people
all freeze in position
for 5 minutes
and then continue on like nothing happened?

Location: NC State University Brickyard
Goal: A creative way to raise awareness and support for the upcoming Plastic Bottle Ban from North Carolina landfills.
Who? Anyone willing to stand in place with a plastic bottle in their hand.
