Vertical Learning Curve

VLC uses advanced 3D simulations allowing participants to immerse themselves in a virtual company, interact with avatar colleagues, and learn by doing within dynamic real 'business world' scenarios. Trainees forget they are taking the program for credit and feel more like they are playing a strategic video game. VLC's goal is to not only make learning fun and relevant, but to make it sticky as well. As participants progress through VLC's training they create a 'real history,' enabling them to later draw from the virtual experience and make better decisions and positive contributions within their workplace."
