IMO setting boundaries and being rude are very closely related. And why do people take advantage of you when you don't set boundaries. Is it because they're "evil"?

So pretty much the tips in this video can truly change yourself. I am a 21 year old male, was the typical nice person with no boundaries and I was always drained of energy and just felt like my life was literally dependant on others. I have been trying out this "new me" for about a week now and I feel amazing. Honestly my energy, clarity of thought, new perspective on life and all that. The biggest thing for me is not making eye contact too much. There really is a limit guys.

This video has good points and I look forward to re-watching and making notes. Boundary setting is such a key aspect of life and I wonder how many of us lack this skill. So much we value can be lost when boundaries aren't set (am currently experiencing extreme energy drain in one relationship/environment vs other healthy areas of life, good to see the contrast!). Understanding this 'boundary' topic helps us stop blaming & feeling anxiety re those who 'encroach', helps us reclaim what we value

Great video - really clear and informative - thanks :)

I really like the fact that Alison is somewhat tan in this video. Sunshine is a really good source of vitamin D. It's nice to know that she is getting adequate vitamin D.

hahaha I like the examples they give...
I'm so glad you like it! We all have psychological Ninjas. It's just so much easier when we learn how to employ and even enjoy them--if we can. And you certainly don't need me or anyone else telling you how to react every minute. That would be very annoying! :)
