@2CR51 The Highland Games take place all summer long in different villages. However, the Aboyne Games, touted as one of the best, is held the first Saturday in August every year. We make an effort to go every year and my husband runs in the grueling Hill Race each time. I hike that hill each summer and I can't imagine racing up it!
