First of all you can't compare prototype aircraft with aircraft that's already in service. Second it is not called "drastic angles that can be made of the afterburners" it is call trust vector control on Russian OVT and it is not afterburn. You can compare Su-35BM witch is called the Stealth hunter he is already in service and way better than F-22. Reasons ? Better maneuverability, anti-stealth radar technology greater speed and better aerodynamics. Aerodynamics can allow him tu fly 2.35Mach...!

That's because in 1991 Lockheed Martin asked the Yakovlev company to help with the design of the F-35. Because Yakovlev was the only company who had experience with this engine principle. Lockheed Martin paid millions for it.

The SU-37 would already outmanoeuvre the F22. And that with 15 degrees pitch TVC angle compared to the 20 degrees pitch angle of the F22. The Sukhoi's superiour aerodynamics compensates the 5 degrees less pitch movement. The only thing the F22 has over the SU-37 in close combat is it's better PTWR when it comes to longer term banking manoeuvres.

The SU-47 could outmanoeuvre the F22 in every angle wich has not much to do with the afterburners because the F22 has a better PTWR. And both have 20 degrees TVC angle.
F22 in pitch alone though.
SU-47 aerodynamics are far superiour wich is key in close combat manoeuvring.

I know that normally the F-22 has an advantage when it comes to BVR against a non or semi stealth fighter. But remember that in Russia huge investments have been put in ECM. Their fighters are build with close combat in mind for a reason. Russian fighters aren't compromised when it comes to the structure and aerodynamics. Because that is a potential weak spot of a true stealth fighter like the F22. Great plane the F22 but it lacks close combat impuls.

That`ll be corect but SU-47 haf a cooler system for cooling the jet`s ( somthing like B2B ) so the rokets sensors haf no chanses to look on by a greater distances . to be clear i do not want do put down American technologis but also i do hade thos one that speak , American have the best Plans at all , that isn`t true by the civlian jets the nous further have the AIRBUS- aliance . greating`S from Austria nearly by Vienna.
