First Set, Sight On Sound, Argyle Fine Art, Halifax

Excerpt of a performance I was part of with musician and composer Chuck Blazevic at Argyle Fine Art gallery in April. This is from the first set, in which Chuck performed selections from his Dreamsploitation work while I built and presented sequences of video clips from a collection I'd put together based on his music. The clips were drawn from my own work and from a wide range of other sources including television commercials, experimental and mainstream cinema, music video and video art. I thought of this set as the "narrative" set, and was working mainly with juxtaposition. Thanks to Kellie Manning and Adriana Afford for contributed performance footage.
