Did Joe Slattery also do those Holiday Kraft Foods Commercials of the 70s/80s? The voices sound very similar.

RIP Joe Slattery, 1922-2009. What a voice. You could identify a Jewel commercial by his first few syllables. The Jewel commercials today pale in comparison to those from the Slattery days.
