The music track is an excerpt from the "Symphony 1997: Heaven Earth Mankind" by Tan Dun, which was composed specifically for the "Transfer of Sovereignty of Hong Kong" ceremony in 1997.

Cool spot. I like the combination of Snoopy and the chinese dragon. I think the music is from Tan Dun (Crouching Tiger guy) from the "Heaven Earth Mankind" symphony.

yah! who did this? OMG, i can't get over how cute snoopy and the Dragon look. I mean, at first, I thought the dragon was going to attack snoopy, but to my surprise, he didn't!!!

IW Group was the Advertising Agency and the animation company was Bill Melendez Productions who has been drawing snoopy for decades!!
