The RTF song is..."Sorceress" From the Album "Romantic Warrior"
Ok...What did I win, What did I win! Moot, you are the best. I built my own talk box from you instructions. Now I just need to get a decent keyboard (lol). It works great on bass guitar too.

@nycfunk Wow. You are great! Shhhhh don't tell anybody! And if they DO ask, I was paying HOMAGE, not PLAGIARIZING! If it wasn't for Chick, Stanley, Herbie, Miles, Zawinul, and a whole bunch of others, there'd be no me ;) Peace!!!!!

That funk toward the end kinda sounded like the synth solo in Herbie Hancock's "Chameleon."

"that's pretty all of the technical stuff"
For sure, the rest is just mastering the tools...
I personally uses Samplitude 10 to record, even hours spent equalizing, applying effects, modifying curves, I can't get a bright sound like yours...
How do you do that !?
Great song, thanks for sharing :-)

Hey, thanks for looking. I usually do a lot of stereo imaging type stuff, just to make it sound big- but you have to watch it to make sure it's still mono compatible. Stereo delays (real short - like 30ms on one side, and 25ms on the other) help make things bigger, and PSP Stereopack is a nice tool.
It's all in the mastering too - nice compression, lots of very detailed EQ work, trying to balance everything, then a good limiter after that. There's so much more...but I'm running out of room!
