"Dick Tracy starring in Diamond Double-Cross" performed at Disneyland's Videopolis stage in Fantasyland. This musical performance played from June 15, 1990 until December 31, 1990.
The production was created to help promote the newly released film starring Warren Beatty, Al Pacino, and Madonna.
Original songs written by Stephen Sondheim of "West Side Story" and "Sweeney Todd" fame.
Dick Tracy solves the crime.

This is a REALLY, really elaborate production... For such a horrible musical. Way better production values than even some Broadway plays.
But it's total crap. Neat to know it existed though.

"With a clue and a tommy gun." For some reason, years later, I never forgot that line, and Dick riddling his name in bullets at the end.
