that aint the same dude that did the 26 muscle ups ! That profile is used to upload many of the people working out at Bondi Beach!! And also those full lockout chinups with underhand grip taxes your bicep which is a small muscle and works a bit of back too but the muscle-up is using the back and triceps along with the biceps

I can do max 9 pull ups (palms facing you), i've been kind of stuck there for a while now do you have a pull up program that is meant to increase the amount of repetitions for pull ups?

Hi, very nice work. I'm training for a pull up challenge. Should I rest the day before the challenge? Or should I work out like normal on the day before the challenge?
