I participate in a lot of discussions on Youtube like this and I think some gov't agency has "flagged" me. I had a 2" diameter, 1/16' thick, red plastic reflector that was recently epoxyed to the concrete in front of my house. I got a chisel and ripped it up. When I did that the plastic broke and exposed what I think is a RFID chip. Looks like one of those things they put in books at a bookstore. And no, it wasn't marking a fire hydrant or anything else underground. Kinda freaked me out.
