THE REVERSE VIDEO CONCEPT:
This entire video (besides 2 shots) is done in reverse. I (Wesley the singer) had to learn all of the song lyrics in reverse so that when the video was reversed it would look like I was singing forwards. This took me about a month to learn. It was not as easy as just writing out the words backwards. I had to carefully think about each word and how to correctly pronounce it backwards in order to look authentic. Because the lyrics are sung, sometimes words were joined together or elongated in interesting ways which was also quite a challenge.
