This song is fun to play on the guitar too. The "Santana" part is just awesome and way out of my league but for the song itself, you can get by with playing the song using chords Am, C, G, F and E and it sounds pretty good. I do a little modified F but sometimes I'll use Am for the F instead - a little easier for me (I've only been playing about 8 or 9 months and still learning.
