60 Yard pigeon kill with FX Royale 500

1st kill with the FX Royale 500. I got this Guy just before he attacked a family of 5 and ate their flesh. Been a tough week of sighting it in but finally got the kill.

@jetpowered1 It's a Osprey 10-40 x 50 IR (Illuminated Recticle) tactical range finder. For the price it is very good, but I could probably spend more to get a slightly clearer picture.

nice shot ,u can kill and hit way till 130 metres with the royale 500,i own one its awsome...and u can tweak its power from the washer just under the bolt,got mine till 50 ft/lbs! but i dont recommend..just stick to 44-45....

@sheyon1000 I am going to leave it lower powered to keep the accuracy at a high level, plus it flips pigeons at 80 yards and the longest I need to hit em at is 100, so the power is high enough. If I started reaching out past 150, I may try tweaking the power. Till then, it works perfect.

@sheyon1000 The irony of this gun is that it is very accurate at the beginning. I shoot maybe 10-15 rounds it is deadly accurate but after that the bullets go off in right and left that there seems to point in shooting any more. So I was wondering what is happening there. I started thinking that some thing is happening to the barrel. That is the only possible conclusion that I came to. For instance yesterday I shot a sparrow. It was just a perfect shoot from 10 yards away.

@Lyecdevf what caliber and grain and the make of pellet?I suggest u go for jsbs .22 .25 and even .177.So i can give u the best speed for optimal accuracy..what is your power in ft/lbs on the Norconia Qb78.

Since you guys are talking about adding more power to your guns I have a question. I have an airgun Norconia Qb78 and has been adjusted to reach way more than it was designed to to and it shows on accuracy. The thing is that some times it is accurate and other times the bullets go off and miss the target by an inch or even more at a close distance. I do not get it. After an x number of shots the gun loses accuracy all together. Once I am happy with its performance and other times I hate it.
