  • was this the hit and 'spend soime time loving me" the b side? and where does GETTING TOGETHER fit in?

  • @MichaelHansenFUN I listed the chart stats under the video so that will answer your question. "Getting Together" is a tv sitcom that Bobby starred in for half a season.

  • 'White Plains' also released a version of this song. It's here on Youtube:

  • @Lugwalker Yes, I mentioned it in the video description.

  • My little sister Julie used to love this song and played it so much that I called it "Julie's song". Well, Julie died suddenly late this past May and hearing this song is one way of having my Julie back again, if only for a few minutes. Thank you, Bobby, for singing "Julie's song". • I like his vocal and also the wonderful trumpet work.I believe it is the late great Bud Brisbois-a master of acuracy in the extreme upper register,

  • This Julie likey

  • @J1983ification It must get really annoying.

  • :) My name is Julie..... my mom would sing this all the time to me and I forgot all about this song until I heard it on the radio. Love it.

Funny I should see this post today. My daughter, Julie, was killed in a car crash just over 7 years ago.

From the day she was born, we played this song for her. The lyrics are on her headstone. She truly loved this song.....My best to your family as you learn your new normal. "Julie Julie are you thinking of me...Julie Julie will ya still be there."

  • Love it. Thank you so much for posting this (and for bringing back my adolescence).

  • I just a very good friend pass away at a very young age and her name was Julie and this song will always keep her in my memories.
