It's fairly obvious it's the song is about Lennon, so showing him makes sense.

And no Lennon was no saint and he'd be the first one to admit it (though I doubt he would go into the details of his sins). Does that mean his messages is worthless?

Despite his sins, or perhaps because of them, he fought the Good Fight. Indeed he was one of the true champions for peace.

A song entirely by George Harrison long after the Beatles split -- but the video presents the band and a lot of Lennon.

And if most Lennon fans knew the facts, (the real truth), and especially the way he treated Julian and Julian's mother, they'd have second thoughts about his "persona of love".
