Givi TRK33N Warped plastic Brand New

I have a Brand New Givi Trekker TRK33N top case, used the E250 mountain bracket. All is a perfect fit on the bike. I washed the bike & to my surprise, the case is filled with water??? I gave the case and inspection & the rear of the case is bowed and warped not creating a good seal. The case is about 2 weeks old now :-P I am going to call the dealer tomorrow to see about a warranty exchange on it. Very sad, my 1st Givi product ever!

Just a follow up. I contacted the dealer who sold me the case "adventure motor stuff" through their givi representative, I was sent a new case in a week with a return UPS label. Easy... Givi took care of everything form me & I did not miss one day without a case on the bike. Ill report back how the new one is holding up!
