This brings back soooo many memories of dressing in drab, wearing a trenchcoat (and I had those Trenchcoat Mafia pansies beat at their own gimmick by at least 5 years! :P) and thinking looking pissed off all the time made me look cool - I will give it due credit though - nobody dared fucked with me cuz they all thought I'd cast black magic on 'em (thanks to me handy-dandy AD&D2e books) XD

@welldunsheldon As far as I know, the book/books have never been referred to as The Diary/Diary's of Lestat. They (with the exception of Queen of the Damned) are all ended in the diary fashion, though.

I do agree it was one of the last good vampire movies, even though saying it loosely follows the book is a vast understatement.

@Memeroxzlotz queen of the damned was a book called the diary's of Lestat, it was made into a movie. in my opinion this was the last good vampire movie... now all the vampire movies are friggin butt pirates with glitter on their face. The woman who wrote the twilight series could learn a thing or two about what vampires should look and act like from this movie/book.

but then again the diary of Lestat, was not meant for 12 year old Justin Beiber groupies & closet homosexuals like twilight was..
