In California, a financial power of attorney can become a "license" to steal" when placed into the wrong hands. Predators can use these documents to rip-off the elderly and steal their property and money.

  • Thanks fo video!

  • @MIKENNJ007 You would think they would! My aunt just did this to my Dad, she literally stole his house(it was paid for) all his retirement money and his vehicle...she got everything he had!! Now, his is 64 (so can't even get benefits yet) and has Cancer and not a pot to piss in!! It was the worst thing Ive ever seen in my life.

  • Good info. I have just started to use power of Att for my mother. Thank goodness its me.

  • Thanks for the information. Your video is great!

  • WHY DONT THEY CHANGE THE LAWS SO IT WONT HAPPEN ?

  • In California, google Vera P. Hill and Maurice Lawrence. Maurice Lawrence has this elder sign over her house and accounts. Vera P. Hill is in a nursing home right now. Two people are living in the house now. 2722 43rd Place. Los Angeles, California. It's been turned over to Medi-Cal Elder Abuse. But nobody is doing anything.
