Which is better, EPP or Depron foam? I plan to make two planes, one for very very slow flying, as slow as possible. The other for maximum speed and aerobatics. Should I use different foam for each, or does it not matter?

my dad knows i do this hobby and he bought me that exact tape because he thought i would need it, but thanks alot man i learned alot during this presentation, i am planning to buy some deprron from rcfoam and then try to build one of your awesome planes!
