This is how to get the tank in gta: chinatown wars - song: Waka laka - This does work on the iPod/iPhone app. Get motolovs and try to burn the tank but don't blow it up and just go in while its burning.

on the ipod it is so easy to get it when u first spawn take a right then keep going down u will see cops go by to the right o n a chase keep going all the way down highway until u see a fence with orange sticks u will see the tank and a jeep at the airport
