Not life, typically when they (astronomers anyways) refer to Organic material they just mean it is material that has Carbon and Hydrogen in it. The name "Organic" is a throwback to when people thought these materials could only be created by living processes, which we now know is false. (some are created by non-living processes)
And wasn't this video posted already, 10 days ago?

Organic material? Life?

From Cassini deputy project scientist, Linda Spiker :
"The temperatures on Titan are so cold that liquid water is frozen and methane can be either a gas, liquid or solid. Methane acts on Titan like water does on Earth. Liquid methane can fill lakes, carve river channels and sculpt the surface.
Cryovolcanoes might have erupted on Titan in its history, spewing a water-ammonia mixture on to the surface which would very quickly freeze. We see lots of frozen water on Titan. "
