Why would this be an explosion? What purpose would that even serve? This is what happens when a fire burning in a closed space surrounded by super heated air(Low oxygen density) suddenly gains access to fresh oxygen. Haven't you see the movie back draft? The office through that window had its door burned through and the fresh oxygen supply fueled the fire. Ask a fireman. Silly videos like this show that you guys are really stretching.

at 00:17 a clearly visible explosion producing smoke and leaving a black point on the facade. no camera flash and no sun reflecting glass produces smoke.
