This resort was located in Tha Ton (Thai: ท่าตอน) is a subdistrict (tambon) of Mae Ai district in the far north of Chiang Mai Province in Thailand. It is not in Chiang Rai. But does not matter as resort is no longer open. They have opened a new resort a few miles away on the Maekok River.
