Love all, as we are all waves of the one ocean. Love all and exclude none. This simple wisdom is at the heart of yoga meditation, advaita vedanta, and tantra.

action speaks louder then words - I am really happy about all the Swamis and Spiritual people but there is a need of our time to rethink what we eat and so far all Swamis I have tried to talk to it, stick to their old believes about food, especially milk - would be nice if there would happen some realization that we do not need to abuse animals to feed our selves and that our love needs to include the animal and plant world as well, not just humans. Thanks!

Beautiful!!! So many beleivers of so many religions would do so well to follow this -- western religions like Christianity, Judaism, and Islam in particular. They get into the "I'm right" attitude, and the teachings about love your neighbor, etc., are forgotten. This is the truth and the answer to so many of the woes of the world.
