It's on the organization for letting the fight go down. It shouldn't have happened. But Bullock wanted it and Fulton brought. The funny thing is, 6 months later, Bullock met Fulton and told him that he wanted a rematch after he kicked Ken Shamrock's ass. Some people don't know their limits, I guess.

this where weight class comes in. a heavyweight can kill a 2 level down weight category just by doing that. just look at the size difference. obviously this is a demonstration of not being aware of weight classes. stupid fight organization.
