Your claims do indeed sound too good to be true. Using recycled wood and fly ash to make precast structural building panels sounds like a wonderful idea. But, your claims that your product goes "way beyond EnergyStar" and "R-100+ Self Insulated (Super Energy Efficient)" sets off SCAM alarms. If you believe your claims to be true then you need to back them up with some actual information, not just a lot of hype. As a sustainable designer with 40 years experience, I would say, Buyer Beware!!!

The house walls that they showed show no interlocking keys ...what a joke looks like a preschool clay block .

The guys a fraud and that is why there are so many charges against him .

Some areas of the country do not really have building codes.

Start with barns and machine sheds in Montana where there are no building codes and then work your way back to the city.

3 - Strength.. Sledge hammer tests and such aside, real MPa ratings for compression and tension need to be posted.

Materials that are poured into forms like this are usually very strong in compression, but very weak in tension. An example of this would be concrete that has a compressive strength of 30MPa, and a tensile strength of effectively zero, which is why reinforcing steel is required at all locations of tension... Does this product need something similar?
