@Summerlandsteam Excellent! We shall wait with great interest as a new fully chuffed Roundhouse L&M would look and sound fantastic on Pine Tree Junction. Expectation expectation!

@PineTreeJunction - Ah Lindsay, it is not a matter of IF it is just a matter of HOW and HOW EASY?!

@Summerlandsteam Well, now that all our Pine Tree Junction Roundhouse locos are fully Summerlands Chuffered, including Sandy River, we shall have wait to see if L&M can have the magic chuffing treatment. She looked fantastic on the Roundhouse stand and would look wonderful on our railway. Decisions, decisions!
That is a fab railway!
I wish mine would look like this in the future.

@d7106 - Thanks for the comment and yes, the railway is amazing. it is, however, still under development and large areas are still in progress. I carefully choose camera angles and crop on editing to achieve the best effect - so don't worry if yours isn't all perfect!! David turner has written articles on his buildings and has an article on the railway in the latest Garden Rail magazine.
Cheers

How is the loco being controlled?
She is live steam correct?
If so can she also have DCC or other command systems installed???
Amtrak1194 11 months ago
@Amtrak1194 - She is indeed live steam, and is fired by gas. The radio control is by 2.4ghz which gives fine control of the regulator, reversing control and the resonator whistle. There is no track power for DCC on most 32mm gauge garden railways in the UK, though it is much more common on 45mm gauge G Scale.
